Expect a diverse group of people. 2.42 Church is proud to be where many different races and cultures converge to worship Jesus Christ. Our vision is for a diverse church that represents the Kingdom of God. From Kids to Seniors, there is a diversity of ages. We value every generation. The young benefit from the wisdom of the elders, and the elders benefit from the energy of the young.
Music.
The service starts with singing, then prayer and preaching. The lyrics are displayed on two screens near the platform so you can join in even if you are unfamiliar with the song. Every service includes an altar service, a focused prayer time when the Lord ministers personally. We experience miracles and prayers are answered.
2.42 Kids Ministry.
2.42 kids' discipleship takes place at the same time as adult discipleship – 9:55am. The adult discipleship teacher will dismiss the kids to their classroom. You can accompany them to their class and meet their teachers.
Length of service.
Our services are planned so that the presence of the Lord can be felt dynamically. If the Lord is ministering to people, we don’t cut off the service for time's sake. However, most services last an hour to an hour and a half.

Your kids will have a blast! At 2.42 Church, we make having fun a priority. Other things we make a priority are your child’s faith and safety – each class has multiple teachers.
Every Sunday there is an age-appropriate Bible lesson, craft, occasional science experiments, and snacks! Please let us know about any allergies when you check your child in, and we usually have substitute snacks to meet allergy needs. Feel free to bring your child’s snack if they have severe dietary restrictions.
